Overworked & Underpaid Elf Christmas Cap, Funny Holiday Gift Embroidered Cap

For the friend who wraps every gift, untangles every strand of lights, and still shows up smiling, this cap says out loud what everyone is already thinking.

The crown carries a red and white striped elf hat with pointy ears, stitched in bold outlines and flat solid patches in red, cream, and dark brown thread, above the cream block words Overworked & Underpaid Elf. The simple stitch-friendly shapes keep the design crisp and readable at a glance.

It makes a funny Secret Santa gift, a coworker gift, or a stocking surprise for the family member who does all the holiday work, and it is just as fun worn to the tree lot, the cookie swap, or the office party.

Made from 100% vintage washed cotton twill in an unstructured 6-panel low-profile dad hat with a pre-curved visor and an adjustable brass buckle closure. Make it yours by adding a name below the design and choosing your hat color, font, and thread color.

One size fits most adults thanks to the adjustable back strap. Head circumference 21.5"–23.5", crown height 4.0", brim 2.75".
